These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Rent Home Stay. By booking a property or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking and Reservations:
- All bookings must be made through the Rent Home Stay website or mobile application.
- Reservations are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, a contract is formed between you (the guest) and the property owner/host.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other specified payment methods.
- All payments must be made in the currency specified on the booking page.
- A security deposit may be required at the time of booking, which will be refunded upon checkout, subject to the condition of the property.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in charges or forfeiture of your booking amount.
4. Guest Responsibilities:
- You agree to use the property in a respectful and responsible manner, keeping it clean and in good condition.
- The number of guests must not exceed the specified capacity of the property.
- Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and house rules as provided by the host or Rent Home Stay.
- Smoking, pets, or parties are prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the host.
5. Property Availability:
- Rent Home Stay makes every effort to ensure that properties are available as listed. However, in rare cases, a property may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
- If a property is unavailable, we will offer alternative accommodations or a full refund.
6. Security and Liability:
- Rent Home Stay and property hosts are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during your stay.
- Guests are responsible for securing their personal property and belongings during their stay.
- Rent Home Stay is not responsible for disruptions in service due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters or technical failures.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Rent Home Stay takes appropriate measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.
8. Modifications to the Agreement:
