Refund Policy for Rent Home Stay
At Rent Home Stay, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund and return policy below:
1. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellation by Guest: Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the check-in date.
- Cancellation by Host: If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund, or may opt for alternative accommodation arranged by the host.
2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
3. Damage or Loss:Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. If damage occurs, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the deposit or charged directly to the guest.
4. Return of Security Deposit:If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the end of the stay, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
5. Non-refundable Fees: Any additional services, such as cleaning fees, service charges, or extra guest fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
